The Atlanta, Georgia native played his college ball at University of California, Los Angeles between 1994 and 1997 before being drafted by the Los Angeles Galaxy in 1998.
His time in LA was anything but glorious, and he played only 16 times in five seasons because of established number one Kevin Hartman. He moved on to the New England Revolution after the 2002 MLS season.
